For the most part, shopping online is totally safe; with online classifieds, most people want to do right by their neighbors and local communities. While sellers and buyers usually have nothing to fear, every so often we see or hear of new scams. At Trade Your Service , we're taking a strong stance to fight scammers and we want to make you aware of our actions to allow you to better protect yourself.
What We're Doing
Not only do we have a patent-pending fraud detection which automatically detects and removes known scam listings, but also, since we believe that there is safety in numbers, we invite the Oodle community to help review and moderate our listings. The community moderation's effects are twofold: the majority of scams are removed almost immediately, and in addition, marked listings also help us better understand and combat fraud on our site.
